A-Squad

This is our top Squad for girls' Artistic Gymnastics. The girls take part in competitions from club level up to national level.

The Girl's A-Squad is as follows: -

Roisin O'Byrne-Nestor

B-Squad

This Squad is younger than the A-Squad. The girls generally progress into the A-Squad as they gain age and experience.

The Girl's B-Squad is as follows: -

Mini-Squad

This is our youngest high level competition Squad and will generally progress into the B-Squad and then to the A-Squad.

Kelsey Thompson Development-Squad

These are our youngest girls who attend intensive training twice a week. This Squad is to smooth the transition between the recreational classes and the competition Squads.
