As with the Senior mens team, unfortunately we do not have a current team.
Croydon School of Gymnastics' first experiment in TeamGym certainly paid off. Coached by Jackie Lewis and Robin Hill, with a floor routine choreographed by Louise Bateman, the Junior boy's team entered the 1998 British TeamGym Championships held in Aldershot and gained second place, winning the silver medal. After their success in this competition, modifications were made to the team. Paul Grace (team captain) turned sixteen and joined five others to form the Senior Men's Team. Adam Ravenscroft and Ryan Evans left the team, and another nine members were recruited: three boys to replace those who had left, and six girls, together forming the Junior Mixed Team. |
